What is your return policy?
Tagged, Unwashed, and Unworn merchandise can be returned within 21 DAYS of your item(s)
delivery date. All intimates and swimwear must have tags and hygienic liner attached. Basic
Babe Company does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. Returns exclude
accessories and any final sale items. Items that end in $.98 or that are marked ‘Final Sale’ will
not be eligible for exchange or return. No exceptions. Shipping charges on original orders are
non refundable.

When will my order ship?
Everything leaves our shop within 2-3 Business days and should be in your hands within 7 days. Custom and pre-order items can take longer, please check specific items for shipping ingo.
