While we want you to love every item, we get it! Sometimes it's not the right piece.

Tagged, Unwashed, and Unworn merchandise can be returned within 21 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. All intimates and swimwear must have tags and hygienic liner attached. Basic Babe Company does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. Returns exclude accessories and any final sale items. Items that end in $.98 or that are marked ‘Final Sale’ will not be eligible for exchange or return. No exceptions. Shipping charges on original orders are non refundable.

In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for store credit. Defects must be reported before items are worn or washed. All returns and exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days once we have received your item. If items do not meet conditions described above or are received after the 21 day period, we will be unable to process your return.
